Washing Allowance - An easy Excel Program

Dear ANOs,
Lt. Jais Kurian, ANO of St. Stephen's College Uzhavoor, Kerala has prepared an excel program for the easy preparation of Washing Allowance Abstract. You can download it from the download link. The following things have to be kept in mind while using it.
  1. Change the name of your school/college
  2. Change the months and year
  3. When you add the Regtl. No./ NCC No. please add only the number, avoiding the prefixes like KER/SD/13/150666 etc. This way we can save space.
  4. Change the ranks
  5. Type or copy names to the 'Names' column. If possible reduce the font size to save space.
  6. Now comes the most important part – ADD DATA TO THE 'PARADE HELD' AND 'PARADE ATTENDED' COLUMNS ONLY. DO NOT EDIT THE '%' COLUMN, 'TOTAL' COLUMN, 'GRAND TOTAL' COLUMN AND THE 'LAST ROW'.
  7. For e.g. when you add the number of parades held and the number of parades attended by the cadet, the percentage and amount would appear automatically.
  8. Check the print preview to make sure that the whole document comes in one page.
  9. Save the document with an appropriate name.

POP (2016) @ MTM HSS Pampakkuda, Ernkakulam, Kerala

Dear ANOs,

All of us have seen many Passing Out Parade videos of officers and cadets. Here is a near-perfect one which shows that the ANO and the cadets have worked hard for months.

Kudos to Anil K.Nair, the Vice President of ANOA Kerala, who has been successfully conducting POPs for his troop for the last few years. He is the ANO of MTM HSS Pampakkuda in Ernakulam, Kerala.

The language is Malayalam but that won't be a hindrance as the cadets have performed well.
