what about the CSD canteen facilities to ANOs after superannuation.It is injustice to ANOs that after their superannuation/relinquishing charge they are decommissioned.They should also be considered Ex ANOs after serving for a specified period of time before superannuation and be given CSD canteen facilities as it has been decided recently in the case of other civilian staff serving with army.
Dear ANO Friends, as rajeev joseph comment earlier it is true that we are facing lots of problems and secondary treatment from army officers as well as Jco's ,Nco;s of our battalion and others too.The army officers in serving and after also getting proper respect and all facilities of CSD canteen BUT WE PEOPLE / ANO'S are not getting the same respect and salute in spite off it is mentioned NCC ACT. We have to fight against these false practices,we suppose to create awareness among our all brothers and sisters ( ANO )AT ALL INDIA LEVEL. I wish to share my own recent experience in connection with CSD CANTEEN CARD still i am serving in ncc till 2020 and after 3 years extension inspite off my csd card is expired / duration finished and canteen authorities informed me i have to apply again for getting of new csd card.In this case i had asked them right now i am serving then how my card could be expired,then i got new answer such as a new policy have been initiated by the ministry of defense i.e after five years our cards will be expired but they didn't provide any authentic documents.Then i came to know that there are two types of forms one is white and other for Defense civilians( all ano suppose to fill that yellow form according to them )i had refused to fill that yellow form and filled white form which is relevant for the officers in service then i have proved them right now i am serving so at any cost i will fill only white form and i had filled the form and submitted through commanding officer.The morale of this long story is we should be alert and cautious about rights as well as duties,and should not trust on oral information.Now a days all Ano's getting csd cards named as Defense civilian card it is not related to us but most of ano's / almost all getting such cards which is not applicable to us.Lets see how it works. i will let you know what are the results......

Capt Giri Sir, You are absolutely right. But our pune group doesn't give and accept white canteen form. Think your co is cooperative to u. Let us see what happens to your application. It will be beneficial to all of us.
